The Post Oak at Uptown Houston, a mixed-use project underway near the Galleria, now has an executive chef.
Houston billionaire and Landry’s CEO Tilman Fertitta announced that Jean Luc Royere will oversee food and beverage at the property, which will host several restaurants and banquet halls, according to a press release. Before, Royere was the executive chef of the Mandarin Oriental Miami, overseeing more than 80 sous chefs and multiple kitchens.
